Avril Lavigne struggling to finish her next album January 14, 2010

According to www.exposay.com Avril Lavigne has pushed back her album release because she can’t work with her former husband.

Avril who filed for divorce from Sum-41 rocker Deryck Whibley in October last year is reportedly struggling to finish her new album ‘Pink Crust’, because he is producing the record and their split is causing tensions in the studio.

A source told the Toronto Sun newspaper: “The uglier it gets in court, the uglier it gets in the studio. The first eight songs, Avril and Deryck worked with a lot of love and it came easy. But there’s three or four more to do and they just aren’t feeling it. It’ll be a terrific album if they can put this aside for a month or so and concentrate on what matters – the music.”

The pair are now reportedly planning a tentative production schedule in order to get the album back on track in so it can be released within the coming months.

According to www.hollyscoop.com Avril Lavigne is dating again. She’s rumoured to be dating Wilmer Valderrama. A source told Life & Style: “They have been friends since working together on Fast Food Nation in 2005, but things heated up last month. One of their first dates was Oct. 29 at Nobu in West Hollywood.” This weekend the two were spotted clubbing at LA hotspot Wonderland last Saturday. “She had her hand on his knee and they were whispering in each other’s ear, laughing,” says a witness. “They even closed the club, sneaking out just after 2.”

Avril Lavigne Filed a divorce October 15, 2009

According to www.celebs101.com Avril Lavigne filed a divorce from her husband Deryck Jason Whibley in Los Angeles. The couple were married in July 2006 and they don’t have children. Avril said that the reason for the divorce was because of  ”irreconcilable differences.”

Avril’s new CD September 21, 2009

Apparently Rock Chick Avril Lavigne is going to release a new Album!!! The star has said that the new CD will be much different from her previous ones. According to Crispy News Avril is going to team up with her husband and they will write some of the songs together!!! She also mentioned that she has already recorded one song which is a lullaby. Can’t wait for the new CD!
