Lindsay Lohan to be sued by a photographer January 12, 2010

According to www.exposay.com Lindsay Lohan is to be sued by a photographer who was allegedly hit by her car.

The unnamed paparazzo was hurt as the vehicle carrying Lindsay, accelerated away from Hollywood bar the Hotel Cafe. Lindsaywas not driving.

Although the man did not go to hospital, he claimed he was “lucky to be alive” after the incident.

The photographer also claimed the driver of the car who now faces a criminal probe was wearing sunglasses while driving down the dark alley.

He reportedly added: “I’m going to sue them, but I don’t care about the money. I want to press charges so badly she’s going to jail.”

Woah Paparazzo guy! Chill!

A spokesperson for the Los Angeles Police Department, Sergeant Vasquez, said: “I was informed by an officer that a vehicle had sped away at a high rate of speed and hit a paparazzi photographer causing an injury to his hand, his wrist.”

Authorities are investigating the incident, but are not treating it as a hit and run.

Lindsay Lohan threw a tantrum at a bar November 16, 2009

According to www.exposay.com Lindsay Lohan refused to pay for two bottles of Champagne and threw a tantrum about it!  The troubled actress was reportedly furious when she was given a bill for her drinks at The Crown Bar and stunned onlookers with a tantrum when staff insisted she settled her tab for her evening.

A source said to People Magazine: ”Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown. She was yelling at him and screaming profanities at everyone. The bar insisted she pay, so she had to call a friend with her credit card information.”

The Mean Girls Actress eventually left the nightspot at 2.30am, but was still in tears over the incident.

The source added: “She was crying and wanted to go home. She kept saying ‘I don’t pay for drinks! This is ridiculous! I’m freaking out!’ “

 

She’s just having a hard time. I hope Lindsay’s life gets better.

Lindsay Lohan says she never been happier November 15, 2009

Lindsay Lohan said to E! News that she has never been happier even though she’s having issues with her father.

Lindsay on her happiness: “I’ve never been happier in my life. As long as my mom, my sister and my brother are happy, then I’m good.”

On her new CD: “I can’t say anything because the person who I’m working with on the album I haven’t officially signed with yet.”

According to Lindsay’s mother  Linds has been cutting her wrists. Dina Lohan told her ex husband Michael Lohan how their daughter has been harming herself as the Mean Girls actress’ life spirals more and more out of control. She told him in a phone call posted by Radar Online: “Her cutting herself and hurting herself? Yeah, it’s bad Michael, it’s bad.” Dina also told Michael who is estranged from Lindsay – it would be his fault if anything tragic happened to her. In a 2008, phone call, she said: “I know that it’s going to happen. I will feel it’s all your fault, that’s how I will feel, it’s not about me.” Lindsay has previously been pictured with scars on her arm, prompting fears she is harming herself.

Poor Lindsay. I hope everything turns out alright for her.

Lindsay Called her dad a Lunatic November 3, 2009

Lindsay Lohan has called her father a “lunatic.” Lindsay doesn’t want her dad in her life because he has abused everyone in her family.

“My father is a lunatic and doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me and my family. He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life,-behind bars. It’s so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, ‘why is daddy doing this?’ Through tears. He’s crossed the lines and hurt me and my family 4 the last time… So much for having a ‘dad’….. I’m going to spend some time with the ones that love me and i love now (sic).”

Lindsay Lohan is hurt by her fathers behaviour towards her. Lindsay said:  “I’m so hurt that someone who calls himself my father, needs to use the press to communicate with me. I have not spoken to my father, nor have I responded to his threatening and erratic messages over the last several months. It’s so sad that he needs to stay in the media spotlight by using my name and making up excessive lies. He should instead try to be a real father.”

Lindsay’s dad Michael has denied that Lindsay has filed a restraining order against him.

Lindsay Lohan restraining order against her dad October 20, 2009

Former disney star Lindsay Lohan wants a restraining order against her dad. The actress is reportedly scared of her father’s behaviour and is looking for legal action to stop him from contacting her. A source to People magazine: “Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been contacted. She’s scared. This is really serious.”

Michael her dad has recently spoken about Lindsay being a drug addict and how he wants to kid nap his daughter to take her to a place where he can straighten her out.

He Said: “I’m going to see the judge this week. If I can’t get a conservatorship, then I’m going to take her to an undisclosed location and get her straight. But I know I’m gonna get charged with kidnapping.”
